In tradition with SouthernThai Fisherman Style, our food is served in a Tiffin carrier (“Pin Toe” Thai lunch box) and Longtail boat shaped plating.  The restaurants sea theme is recreated by using locally found natural materials & turned into decorations of fishing baskets lights, sea floats & such.


The restaurant is located on the beach and dining can be had either outdoors or indoors. The setting is casual & relax with light tropical beats playing in the background.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, our chefs pride themselves on creating new & tasty dishes often using as much local ingredients as possible. Thai and Thai-Southern food, barbecued seafood and western dishes are served as well as Thai fruit, coffee, ice cream, fruit juices & soft-drinks . The chefs are local & understand how to use local ingredients to their best potential, while showcasing truly souther Thai style seafood dishes.

Our specialty is fresh virgin-coconut juice picked directly from our coconut trees. All our dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan to suit your requirements.

Our health is important, its everything in fact and we realise that!So Longtail has done the best it can to grow & source as much locally grown produce as possible. This is only good for the local economy & environment, buts it also means far fresher & healthier food on the menu.

Our garden produces roughly 25% of our total food expenditure, that may not be 100%, but its a good start and the way to go forward in a sustainable way. This is what we are all about!
